Quarter Life Crisis

The Quarter Life Crisis has been defined as “a period of insecurity, doubt and disappointment surrounding your career, relationships and financial situation” in your 20s and early 30s. I certainly relate to this having been through one myself aged 25.

A recent LinkedIn study revealed that 72% of young Brits have experienced a quarter life crisis, and 32% would say they are currently having one.
