Quarter Life Crisis

A thirty year old man is like a densely populated city; nothing new can be built without something else being torn down.

What is the Quarter Life Crisis?

The Quarter Life Crisis has been defined as “a period of insecurity, doubt and disappointment surrounding your career, relationships and financial situation” in your 20s and early 30s.

However, going through a quarter life crisis can ultimately be a positive experience and a catalyst for real, meaningful change.

Live the life.

Take a risk and discover what thriving really looks like for you at work then now is the time to make it happen.

When coaching around the Quarter Life theme we would work together to:

  1. Articulate what it is that makes you come alive. This is called your Sweet Spot - where your passion, skills and gifting align to create an unstoppable momentum in your life

  2. Then plan how this can become a daily reality for you in work, because we are all at our best when we enjoy and are gifted at what we do

  3. Find more purpose in your current job role and discover where you can take ownership to maximise your current career stage whilst preparing for what is next

  4. Map out the months ahead, prepare for setback and create milestone goals

“Matt helped me understand what obstacles I was facing in moving forward with what I wanted to explore in my career. We talked through the difficult emotions of change, such as fear, and we worked through practical action steps to growth too.”
